Adele Weisman is a Senior Managing Director and Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining First Manhattan in 2025, she was a Principal at Roanoke Asset Management for over 40 years, where she co-managed the firm’s flagship growth strategies.
Before that, she served as Treasurer of GAF Corporation, overseeing financing, credit, cash management, and the company’s employee benefit assets. She established and managed GAF’s in-house pension fund and oversaw externally managed pension investments. Earlier in her career, she was a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Bankers Trust Company, managing over $500 million in institutional assets.
Adele holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a BA from Arcadia University.
