Arthur Tambaro is a Senior Managing Director and Relationship Manager. His primary focus is cultivating deep client relationships and delivering first-class client service. Previously, he was First Manhattan's Chief Operations Officer, the Head of Trading, and a member of the Firm's Management Committee. He worked across the Firm to provide Portfolio Managers and clients with customized solutions across a range of unique requests and helped to design First Manhattan’s new portfolio management platform.
Prior to joining First Manhattan in 2011, Arthur worked at Pershing LLC as a Relationship Manager for several firms, including First Manhattan. Earlier in his career, he was an Equity Trader and a Managing Executive of an Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction for an independent broker-dealer.
Arthur holds a BS in Finance from Siena College, as well as Series 7, 24, 63, and 55 FINRA licenses.
He lives in New Jersey with his wife, Kelly, and their three children.
