Graham Clifford is a Partner, the Chief Technology Officer, and a member of First Manhattan's Management Committee. He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining First Manhattan in 2020, Graham was the Chief Technology Officer for PointState Capital. Before that, he was the Chief Information Officer for Astenbeck Capital Management and held various technology management roles at Phibro Energy.

Graham holds an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business and a BA in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Haven. He also holds Series 3 and 7 FINRA licenses and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
