Jay Vodofsky

Jay Vodofsky is a Partner and Relationship Manager with multiple decades of tax and financial planning experience. He seeks to help his clients think strategically, providing holistic advice regarding investment and financial planning matters.

Prior to joining First Manhattan in 1995, Jay was a Vice President at Salomon Brothers, where he advised the firm's senior partners on tax and financial planning matters. Previously, he was a Tax Manager at Touche Ross & Co.

Jay holds a JD from the University of Akron School of Law, an LLM in taxation from New York University School of Law, and a BS in Accounting from Brooklyn College. He lives in Marlboro, New Jersey, with his wife and has two daughters.
