Diversity and inclusion in recruitment

  • In 2022, 55% of all new full-time hires at First Manhattan were women and 36% were people of color
  • Through our partnership with Seizing Every Opportunity (SEO), an organization that recruits and trains high-achieving Black, Latinx, and Native American college students for challenging summer internships, we are hiring diverse interns and placing them in teams such as Portfolio Management and Research
